ANTIQUE CHINESE RED LACQUER PANEL NOW A LOW TABLE

A beautiful Chinese red lacquer panel depicting court figures in a garden setting, the foreground with 2 women and horses, the center with a group of people waiting to enter a structure. The panel has been later mounted in a floral decorated custom made low table. Provenance: Therien and Company, San Francisco. The central panel dates from the early 19th century. This is an imposing and elegant piece of furniture now offered with a custom glass protective top.
