A fine pair of English George II style open armchairs with shepherd crook arms circa 1920 made and signed by W. Charles Tozer. Charles Tozer was a retailer of high quality furniture, specializing in early Georgian / Queen Anne walnut revival pieces. He was established at Brook Street London from the early 20th century and was known for the quality of his workmanship and materials used.
