A good quality English William IV period leather upholstered oak armchair. the curved button tufted leather back with wide arms over an ample leather seat all resting on reeded legs ending in brass caps and casters. A very comfortable and attractive chair of large scale. Tje leather has faded to a lovely pale color. The piece has nailhead upholstery throughout. Circa 1835-1840.
