ENGLISH REGENCY STYLE LIBRARY STEPS

An unusual set of English mahogany Regency style library stairs, each tread lined in brown gilt-tooled leather ending in an identically lined platform. The steps have an oak lined functional drawer on the reverse side and rest on 2 ring turned legs with toupie feet ending in brass caps with casters, the front legs ending with an unusual spiral turned foot. These stairs are fully functional and will support an average size person. Circa 1860.
