A SMALL BRONZE OF A STANDING MAN IN FORMAL ATTIRE HOLDING A BATON

A well-cast small bronze of a gentleman formally dressed in a waistcoat, wearing a bowtie and holding what appears to be a baton in his right hand. He is standing on a plinth with the incised letters V.D.I. Probably of European origin, possibly French. Circa 1880 - 1900.
