REGENCY OPIUM HUMIDOR BY ROBINSON AND WOOD
A very decorative late Regency period chocolate brown earthenware humidor, the top with a well-modeled whippet finial, the sides decorated with stylized Chinese faces, the long sides decorated with smoking accoutrements possibly opium pipes, resting on a gadrooned plinth. Bottom impressed RW and Co., probably Robinson and Wood. Circa 1830. Restored.
