CHESTS OF DRAWERS

A fine Italian walnut neoclassical marquetry inlaid commode in the manner of Maggiolini, fitted with one narrow and two large drawers, elaborately inlaid with satinwood and rosewood marquetry, the top inlaid with a soldier's head in profile, the whole raised on square tapering legs. Circa 1790. Restored, back legs reinforced.
